Neuven Solutions are delighted to announce the appointment of Kate Roberts as Operations Director.

Kate, who joined the Neuven team back in July, has worked for a leading global staffing organisation for over 20 years and has experience in various roles within operations, global sales and corporate account management. Kate brings over 20 years of leadership, expertise and knowledge of the recruitment industry to Neuven’s growing team and ever expanding Blue Chip client base. Kate had extensive knowledge of the UK Distribution and Logistics market and has built up a wealth of strong relationships.

Many leading organisations across the UK have first-hand experience of Kate’s knowledge, ability and experience in their various sectors and are secure in the knowledge that Kate can guide them through tight staffing markets, remote location set ups and initiatives throughout their challenging peak periods.

With a remit to deliver strong leadership to her team and be a key driver to further develop the Neuven business, Kate will play a key strategic role within the the companies leadership team to ensure they continue meeting the neutral vendors’ aggressive growth goals as well as building on the outstanding reputation for the highest quality service delivery to locums, bank staff, agencies and clients.

Kate is expected to have a major impact from day one at Neuven as she implements the full range of her proactive, innovative new ideas and provides the strongest support across the business.
