John Simmonds

Chief Executive Officer

John has extensive experience at a senior level within the UK staffing sector having held a board-level role at of one of the UK’s largest staffing providers, followed by Managing Director and CEO positions within the sector for the past 18 years. Since 2010, John has led a team that has built Neuven from an embryonic state into a leading vendor neutral provider with an established and respected audit and compliance division. John is committed to continuing the remarkable growth of the company, whilst staying true to the principles and values that have underpinned the success of  Neuven to date.

Martin Shaw

Chief Financial Officer

Martin is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has previously held senior finance positions within a range of industries including Technology, Utilities, Construction and for the past 14 years, neutral vending. Whilst heading up the finance function within Neuven to ensure a solid platform of back office support, Martin also has a deep involvement across all divisions within the company and is integral to the continuous, rapid growth of the organisation. Utilising experience gained within both blue chip and entrepreneurial organisations, Martin works closely with the other board members of Neuven to continually identify and execute value adding initiatives to the benefit of Neuven’s ever expanding client base and value chain.

Kate Roberts

Managing Director - Neuven Solutions

With over 23 years working in the temporary staffing and recruitment sector, Kate is well-respected in the contingent labour market across the UK &I. As Operations Director, Kate is responsible for the overall operational delivery of Neuven’s key accounts across both the Neutral Vendor and Direct Engagement divisions.  With extensive experience in solutioning models for a contingent workforce, direct engagement and permanent recruitment, along with the ability to position the most appropriate technology platform, Kate’s successful track record and reputation gives clients the assurance their business is in the right hands. In addition to taking an active operational role in the business, Kate provides strategic direction to drive new innovations across the business at board level.

Paul Davies

Managing Director - Neuven Consult

Paul leads the audit and compliance division of Neuven which incorporates training and bid writing support. Having spent the five years prior as Supply Chain Optimisation and Process Improvement Consultant for Crown Commercial Services, Paul brings over two decades of experience of analysing and auditing processes for global organisations to enhance and improve supply chains, supplier management and P2P Processes through benchmarking techniques, analysis of supplier data, work-flow and procurement processes. During his career, Paul has realised £100m+ of client savings and has designed and implemented some of the largest UK Frameworks and Public Contracts.

Jeremy Batt

Chief Technology Officer

Jeremy leads our talented IT team and is passionate about delivering innovative informatic capabilities to our clients. In a distinguished career, he has delivered many large-scale tech solutions in a variety of regulated markets and brings a wealth of experience to the Neuven team. Technological evolution is central to Neuven’s vision for the future and we have ambitious plans that will help our clients transform their temporary staffing provision in the years ahead.

Jill Harrison

HR Director

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Jill has an extensive international and cross industry HR background with over 16 years at a senior level, with a proven record of value creation in high growth organisations, focusing on creating high performance cultures geared toward sustainable performance management. Jill has a collaborative style, with the ability to create and communicate a compelling people vision that captures hearts and minds, whilst delivering a solutions centric HR service and developing people strategies aligned to business drivers, presenting a measurable return.  People are at the core of any business and as the ambassador of people, Jill believes the impact HR can have on people’s careers, nurturing their development and career progression is immensely rewarding.
