"I began my Neuven journey in 2015 as a member of the Helpdesk. Now, five years later I am the Implementation Manager.

"When I joined, I hoped that this would be the beginning of a career and I was not wrong. Neuven believe in promoting from within, something which has benefited me personally. Not only does that idea provide drive, it also gives hope to all members of the team who want to improve and grow.

“I joined the Neuven Helpdesk in November 2018 and at that time, the only skills I had were my customer service skills. I had no office experience and so I was both excited and nervous to start at Neuven.

"On my first day I was made to feel welcome which put me at ease about coming into Neuven the next day. Over the coming weeks I learnt how to use the Venneu and Venloc systems. I had training sessions and my learning was guided by my colleagues who were patient with me, even though I must have asked a thousand questions. They were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.

"Over the proceeding months I gained more knowledge to the point where I felt confident enough to apply for the ‘Relationship Executive’ role that was advertised, and I was successful in applying. At this point I had been working at Neuven for 18 months. Although it is a short time period, I went from having no office experience to applying for a more intense and demanding role. I felt more than confident in applying for it and I believe that’s because Neuven as a company help you to reach your goals and support you along the way.”

“In 2016 I joined Neuven on the helpdesk after working here over the summer between my first and second year of University. There was a great work ethos and team spirit.

"During my time on the helpdesk, I had several career discussions aligned to my aspirations and I had the opportunity to progress through different departments. I worked in the Audit team which gave me the opportunity to develop my skills and then progressed to the role of Relationship Executive and then via a structured career path with mentoring from my manager I achieved the role of Account Manager.

"Neuven has been pivotal in my career development and I owe a lot to the management team who have supported my aspirations to enable me to progress.”
